Cynthia has been open about her personal healing journey through appearances in the press and on the radio, as well as through teaching therapists and clinicians in professional workshops. Drawing on both lived experience and educational work, she now offers direct, educational, personalized support through one-on-one phone and online sessions.
She teaches survivors how to control switching and many other techniques that will help them untrigger and slow down their dissociative episodes.
Anxiety will lessen, and bouncing, repetitive thoughts will slow to a crawl. Forgetting what was said in a heated or calm conversation will also improve, and secondarily, you won’t lose your train of thought either. You will be able to remember all of your day’s activities, and you will no longer lose pieces of time. Moreover, you will easily be able to recall your entire day. You may not believe that you have the potential ability to alleviate your “Mini-Mes” fears, worries, or struggles—especially when contemplating the fact that you can’t seem to do that for yourself. However, if you learn how to work together, you’ll find the calmness and happiness you hope for.
